Don't we have judges to say what to do? I know this war's judge doesn't qualify since he's our friend (change the judge). So can any other judge tell us what the rule is?

Well, requested judge went inactive (for some rl practice or something), and I can bet that the staff who volunteered to solve the issue was never pm'ed.

I would say edit the first post and continue the war, because I don't see any good reason for closing it.
